Sangha (Meditation Group)
 The Pot Lid Sangha

The Pot Lid Sangha (affectionately named after our first makeshift bell!) meets twice a month to meditate, explore dharma teachings and support one another's practice.  There is no affiliation with any particular teaching or lineage though the practice, philosophy, and readings are drawn primarily from Buddhism.  Started by Rebecca and local poet and teacher Rick Benjamin, the sangha has been meeting regularly since 2001.

Anyone interested in meditation and exploring dharma is welcome.  To join the sangha e-list, send a note to thecenterofjoy@gmail.com.  While the Pot Lid Sangha physically meets in Providence, RI, there are also many "virtual sangha members" that stay connected through this list.
